This was my second year working for Student Painters but my first year as a manager and I am so thankful to be a part of this program. Because they took a chance on someone who had almost zero real-world knowledge I was able to gain incredible marketing, sales, and management experience. While everyone else I knew was working hourly jobs, I was going out and running my own business. I was in control of my own destiny.  By the end of the summer I sold and produced over $97,000 worth of work, all while managing a crew of 5 and making $17,000! The Student Painters culture is perfect for those who are looking to make it to the next level of success and boost their resume; the executives and office staff create an ideal environment for college students to become leaders. A huge bonus for me is that because of the profits I made while running my branch, I’m going to be able to pay for college completely out of pocket and I won’t have to deal with any student loans! In the end, this internship will demand hard work from you at all times but if you rise to the challenge and keep going; Student Painters will change your life.
