Ben Colledge

I first joined YEAA two years ago. The experience I had working with a motivated branch manager and an energetic team was what brought me back the following year to run my own branch. In that time from accepting the position to closing my final job, I would say I was a different person than I was when I first came in. I’ve developed communication skills, been able to hire motivated employees, and interact with 60+ clients in the last two years! It’s been a once-in-a-lifetime experience which I wouldn’t trade for the world. YEAA has positively changed my life and impacted my work ethic.
