As I reflect on the past year, with my internship with Young Entrepreneurs I can honestly say that I am amazed by how much I have grown in such a short period of time. Through this year I have been tested and stretched extremely thin. I have overcome many situations and have really seen how far my hard work can take me. For anyone considering this internship, I strongly urge them to go for it. Becoming a part of YEAA and being immersed in their culture has been the most rewarding opportunity of my professional career.

The experience that I got through Student Painters was unlike any other. Being given the responsibility to run my own business as a 19 year old was overwhelming at times and pushed my limits, but it was the most rewarding thing that I have ever done. There’s no way of teaching real life experience in a classroom, you just have to live it. Through this internship I was able to gain many valuable people skills, gain a great business sense, improve my on-the-phone skills, and much much more. Not only did I have the most rewarding experience of my life, but as a freshman I was also able to earn enough over 3 months of summer to pay for an entire year of schooling! What makes Student Painters so unique is that no other internship program will give you the amount of responsibility to run your own branch right off the bat, and that is what makes Student Painters the number 1 internship for anybody thinking about going into any field whether it’s general business, marketing, personal relations, sales, or just management, this internship has it all!
