Danny Groechek

My time at YEAA was transformative. I stepped out of my shell and learned valuable lessons in management and leadership during my internship. Although the experience challenged me, it also rewarded me with significant achievements—most notably, running a $100,000 business under the guidance of my mentor. Although I no longer worked at YEAA, the skills I developed and the lessons I learned continued to influence my career and personal growth.
