In the summer of 2022, I decided to take on the branch manager position at Young Entrepreneurs after being recruited through a local network. I joined the program two months later than most interns, which presented some challenges. However, with the incredible mentorship and guidance of my executive, Kevin Hiselman, I was able to stay consistent and effective throughout the summer. This experience helped me build valuable personal and professional skills that I will carry with me for years to come. The program has truly helped me become a better version of myself and taught me what it takes to achieve success.
