Charles Beck

I graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in nutrition and psychology. I am a regional manager and this summer I will oversee 550,000 in production. Marketing, time management, a lot of people skills. I used to be very very shy and I could not talk to people. I am a support system now basically. I try to convey to the interns I mentor that I will always help them when and where I can. Then from there it is how to maximize their business. Be persistent for sure and just do not give up. Try as hard as you can.
