I began my journey as a Branch Manager while studying at Michigan State University, where I gained hands-on experience in estimating, production, and team leadership by running crews and serving homeowners. Today, I coach branch managers across Michigan, focusing on quality, safety, and training to ensure our teams deliver outstanding results and excellent service. I’m passionate about developing young leaders and helping clients love their homes.
