As a Regional Manager with Young Entrepreneurs Across America, I’ve had the opportunity to lead and develop driven college students while overseeing business operations and exterior painting projects. Over the past two summers, I’ve generated over $240,000 in revenue and earned more than $50,000 in personal profit.

Through this experience, I’ve developed valuable skills in leadership, sales, marketing, recruiting, communication, and financial management. I’ve gained hands-on experience building client relationships, managing projects from start to finish, and making strategic business decisions. This role has strengthened my entrepreneurial mindset and taught me the importance of accountability, team development, and delivering results.
