As a Branch Manager with Young Entrepreneurs Across America, I had the incredible opportunity to lead a team of driven college students and manage over $110,000 in exterior painting projects, earning a profit margin of over 22%. Throughout the summer, I developed valuable skills in leadership, sales, marketing, communication, and recruiting. This hands-on experience taught me how to build strong client relationships, oversee projects from start to finish, and make confident decisions in real-world situations. I'm grateful for the challenges and growth this role brought me, and for the inspiring network of motivated individuals I had the chance to work alongside.
