James Laux

I am currently a third-year student at The Ohio State University. I began my journey with YEAA as a painter after my first year of college. The culture and leadership growth I experienced in that role inspired me to pursue a Branch Manager position. I went on to run a $100,000+ branch while gaining invaluable business skills. I decided to become an Executive to provide other motivated students with the guidance and mentorship needed to achieve the same success I did. I’m looking forward to an amazing 2026 season!
