Jameson Lutz

I am a current fourth-year student at the University of Cincinnati and a Senior Regional Manager with YEAA / Student Painters. Since joining in 2024, I have generated over $350,000 in revenue across three summers and earned Manager of the Year honors in Ohio. This program has strengthened my skills in sales, marketing, leadership, and business management while teaching me the value of ownership and accountability. Heading into the 2027 season, I am excited to build on that foundation, scale my business to new heights, and make this my strongest summer yet.
