Jasper Fritz

I am currently a junior at Worcester State University studying Business Administration. After completing my second year with the company as an Executive Manager, I have overseen more than $500,000 in house painting revenue over the past two years, including running a $300,000 business in my hometown of Worcester, Massachusetts, this past summer. These experiences have helped me grow as a leader, strengthen my business management skills, and develop a deeper understanding of what it takes to build and lead a successful team.

I would recommend this internship to anyone looking to challenge themselves, step outside their comfort zone, and stand out from their peers. The personal and professional growth this opportunity provides is unmatched. Returning as an Executive Manager allowed me to build on my previous experience while coaching and mentoring other students. I look forward to continuing to develop as a leader, helping others reach their full potential, and building on the success I have achieved through this program.
