Javier Serna

I am currently a third-year student at the University of Cincinnati and a Senior Regional Manager with YEAA. Since joining the company in 2024, I have generated over $270,000 in revenue over 2 summers and earned the Quality Award for my commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional results.

After finding success as a Branch Manager, I transitioned into a Regional Manager role, where I’ve had the opportunity to mentor and develop other student entrepreneurs as they build and operate their own businesses. Throughout my time with the company, I’ve gained valuable experience in sales, marketing, hiring, recruiting, and leadership. More importantly, I’ve learned the value of accountability, building strong relationships, and helping others reach their full potential.

Heading into my third year, I’m excited to continue growing as a leader, developing successful entrepreneurs, and contributing to another record-breaking year with YEAA.
