Javier Serna

I started my journey with Student Painters as a Branch Manager, where I learned how to run a business, manage a team, and serve customers in my community. After successfully growing my branch and leading it to strong results, I was given the opportunity to step into a Regional Manager role. In this position, I now mentor and support other student entrepreneurs, helping them build leadership skills and achieve success in their own businesses.
