Last summer, I scaled my personal Student Painters branch to just over $100,000 in revenue, earning approximately 19% of that for myself. Throughout the experience, I built lasting connections within the organization and developed a deep appreciation for the culture at YEAA. Because of that, I’m returning this upcoming season as a student executive, where I plan to build a team of 3–5 rookie managers and continue contributing to the incredible environment we’ve created here.
