Entering my second year as a full-time General Manager, I take pride in having been part of the YEAA program at every level. My first summer as a painter gave me a firsthand look at how much this program can impact someone’s life as I watched my manager grow and develop throughout the summer. He gave me the foundation to succeed, and I’ve continued to build on those lessons every year since.

YEAA has helped me grow not only as a professional but also as a person. The people are what make this program so special, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue playing the game of business while helping develop the next generation of leaders. I’m excited to see what we can accomplish together and look forward to the repeat Division of the Year title for Ohio in 2027!
