Aidan Licata
General Manager
YEAA has let me do what I enjoy most: taking ambitious students, teaching them to run a business, and helping them become leaders who can do it on their own. I started in 2024 as a Branch Manager, building an exterior painting business from scratch to $125k in revenue at a 26.9% profit margin while leading a five-person crew. That season earned me Ohio Rookie Manager of the Year and the Performance Under Pressure Award. As a student Executive, I coached student branch managers through running their own six-figure businesses and helped recruit and interview each summer’s intern class. In 2025, I led four branches to $450k in revenue. In 2026, I scaled to sixteen branches and $1.65 million. I was named National Executive of the Year both seasons, the first back-to-back winner in YEAA history. I am a graduate of Bowling Green State University, where I earned a BSBA in Finance and Accounting and completed the CFP Board-Registered education program.
