Kevin Hiselman

I first became a branch manager in the spring of 2019 during my sophomore year at UMass Amherst. My first year was action packed, and I thoroughly enjoyed taking on every challenge I faced as a branch manager. The following season, I accepted an offer to join the New England executive team to help guide the new class of interns through our hands-on entrepreneurial program. I continued to help scale the New England region as a senior executive in 2021 during my senior year at UMass, taking over a dozen new interns through the program from start to finish. 

As a mentor and coach, I found deep professional fulfillment in helping our interns grow into more confident, accountable, optimistic and accomplished young professionals. After mentoring nearly twenty start up branches during my three years at YEAA, I was honored to become a full-time General Manager to lead the New England region. During the next four seasons, it was deeply professionally fulfilling to celebrate not only each win with every intern but every learning moment in their business too. 

The New England region has been and will continue to be the home for some of the most driven, persistently positive, encouraging, and accountable young men and women I have had the pleasure of mentoring and growing with each year. As New England’s Vice President now, it’s a privilege to continue supporting each new intern's professional and personal development as they endeavor to run their first ever businesses with us.
