Nick Germano

I am currently embarking on my fifth year with YEAA, and this program has taught me confidence I didn't know was possible. Starting off as a rookie branch manager in the summer of 2021, I wasn't aware of what was possible by betting on yourself and working hard. From there, I caught the entrepreneurial bug and have continued to grow and learn with the company ever since. In my current role, I am a senior leader of the New England Division. I am in charge of working directly with our Vice President and CEO to help ensure seamless operations for our branch managers. I also work directly as a mentor with select students in the division to help them gain the skill set I've been so fortunate to develop over my time here.
