Haley Avila

Each year as an executive, I continue to grow both personally and professionally. I love being able to make an impact on so many people’s lives, especially the managers whose lives can be changed by this program. As an executive, there are incredibly fun moments as well as very challenging ones. It is these moments that motivate me and get me excited for the day. Coaching a larger team has taught me invaluable lessons about connecting with different personalities. In my opinion, there is no better way to fast-track your career than by learning how to scale a business to $500,000 in three years with the mentors and resources this company provides. I love the culture and the relationships I have formed with other managers, past and present. The New England Division is number one. The people are so inspiring and motivated that I am eager to continue meeting more of them. I am extremely grateful to all the mentors I have had the opportunity to work with over the last few years.
