Reflecting on my time at YEAA, I stepped out of my shell and discovered a passion for management and leadership that continues to shape my professional journey. The internship was challenging, yet it offered rewards that were both tangible and transformative. Under the guidance of my mentor, I achieved the incredible milestone of running a $100,000 business—an experience that has had a lasting impact on my career and personal growth.

Although I am no longer with YEAA, the lessons I learned and the skills I developed remain a cornerstone of my ongoing success.
