Retreats and Workshops Close Out the Year

Young Entrepreneurs Across America has kicked off training for its teams in preparation for the program’s legendary 40th year.

We kicked off our nationwide workshops for new branch managers, marking the first step in their training journey. These sessions gave managers the opportunity to meet one another in person for the very first time. The Michigan Division hosted two sessions on December 16th, while other divisions held their workshops around the same time. These initial gatherings play a crucial role in preparing our branch managers to run successful businesses during the summer season.

Our Executive Team recently went on a retreat in Perrysburg, OH for a weekend of bonding, learning, and growth. This was the first time in over 4 years that all three divisions held their retreats together, allowing for cross-country collaboration and stronger connections across the team. Each division worked together to plan the upcoming season and set expectations for the year ahead. The weekend was filled with engaging seminars, discussions, and debates that inspired and motivated our leadership team.

The goal of this retreat was to bring our leadership team together and set clear objectives for the year ahead. Executives delivered presentations and established our “golden standard.” This team is excited to kick off 2026 alongside our new Branch Managers, playing a pivotal role in YEAA’s 40th year of growth, leadership, and mentorship.
