Young Entrepreneurs Across America recently traveled to Cancun, Mexico for our annual awards trip. This weekend experience is earned by our top-performing branch managers, and this year every manager who produced over $100,000 in revenue was invited. In total, 48 people joined us at the beautiful Dreams Jade Resort for three days of celebration, relaxation, and unforgettable memories.
The trip began with our annual Awards Banquet, a night dedicated to honoring the top entrepreneurs across the country. Awards presented included Division of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, General Manager of the Year, The Kendall Wernet Leadership Award, Executive of the Year, Rookie Manager of the Year, Top Quality Awards, and Manager of the Year. The evening also featured inspiring speeches from CEO Steve Acorn as well as Vice Presidents Josh Drushel and Aaron Acorn, setting the tone for an incredible weekend.
The following days were filled with exciting activities and plenty of time to unwind. Branch managers swam with dolphins, went jet skiing, relaxed by the pool, and even played football on the beach.
At night, the group enjoyed fire shows, music, and laughter while celebrating their hard work together. Each branch manager left with memories and experiences they will never forget.
