Rachel Dorsey

I ran a business with Young Entrepreneurs Across America in the summer of 2019 out of Morgantown, WV.
Being able to say that I ran a business at 20 years old and was very successful with it is something that always sets me apart from other people. This internship really helped strengthen my resume and strengthen who I am as a person and as a professional. The reason I took on this internship was to really set myself apart from my peers. I am about to start an internship with Amazon this summer. I have a managerial position and I’m really excited to start this journey. From this internship, I learned to be super dedicated to whatever you are doing. In this business, you always have to be on your feet. Another thing I learned is to be a genuine person. If you take genuine interest in the people you are meeting and interacting with every day, you are going to learn so much more and will have a much better time than those who are not doing that.
